Dr. Leanne Katz Levin, PhD, MSc,MA, BSocSci, Honors, BSc

Chief Clinical & Development Officer /Co-Founder

Since 1995, Dr. Leanne Katz Levin’s passion has focused on integrating psychology with chronic medical condition management, attaining professional potential, optimizing personal growth, enhancing communication, creating programs, and facilitating learning for both the multidisciplinary team as well as the patient. With a broad background in medical science and psychology, Leanne’s passion to minimize suffering and optimize patient care led her to the education of health care professionals, assisting patients and capability development within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

 

After graduating in Medical Physiology, Leanne licensed as a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on Behavior Medicine in South Africa in 2001, and she subsequently obtained a PhD in the United States with specializations in both Health Psychology and Neuropsychology.

 

She educated multidisciplinary professionals, patients, caregivers and members of the public both nationally and internationally. Clinically and academically, Leanne focused on bio-psycho-social chronic illness management, communication, adherence and culture. She has worked broadly with medical and psychiatric patient populations.

 

In addition to the above, Leanne worked with the Commission to Combat Domestic Violence for the New York Mayor’s Office, where a large focus of her responsibility was to develop a program for physicians to address the barriers to effective communication within a cultural milieu.

Leanne headed Training and Development nationally for Janssen-Cilag Pharmaceuticals in South Africa. Her department was identified as the benchmark in the industry based on innovative program development and effective methods of educating employees as well as the physicians who prescribe their products. She coached and trained various levels of employees and was involved in the recruitment as well as the retention of talent. Some initiatives that Leanne trained included medical conditions, coaching, innovative leadership, moving beyond one’s comfort zone, work-life balance and selling medical products with integrity.

 

Currently, Leanne works as a consultant within the health care industry, including in the domains of program development and application design. She is an international facilitator of capability development, a communication expert as well as being a coach for personal and professional growth. In addition, Leanne facilitates psychoeducation groups for patients living with chronic illness conditions as well as their caregivers. She is a Professor for a Doctoral Psychology Program and a Clinical Instructor to Medical Students. Finally, she partakes and supervises research in various domains relating to her broad interests.

Michael J. Gatto is an accomplished health care industry executive with more than 30 years of experience achieving successful results through effective leadership, strategic alignment and program integration. He is a progressive health services leader whose vision of healthcare transformation is strongly leveraged through the system of Integrated Delivery. This vision largely defined his career in both safety-net (NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation and Nu Health) and not for profit systems, such as the Montefoire Health System, located in the various boroughs of NYC. He provided vision and strategic alignment to executive interdisciplinary management teams.

 

Michael utilizes cutting-edge project management processes to achieve organizational cohesiveness and fiscal sustainability. In support of the organization’s mission and goals, he has utilized a dynamic process of targeted operating models to engage programmatic and service requirements in a structured and collaborative manner. His leadership and project management expertise has designed a more operationally efficient health care facility, assuring financial strength through exceptional value-based practices and payment models.

An agile senior leader, Michael is known for his ability to impart strong project management skills within various interdisciplinary teams. He utilizes intuitive vision and a team building approach to support his “inception to implementation” commitment. He employs structured health service integration, optimizes communication and utilizes patient-centric collaborations, with an emphasis upon the Transitions of Care continuum.

 

Michael’s extensive experience is manifest in the active integration of his senior level leadership in healthcare management combined with emergency management clinical skills, education and mentoring. Through the years, he has mentored many professionals and students. In addition, he is an Associate Adjunct Professor at Long Island University in the School of Health Care, Human Service and Nursing. As a New York State certified EMT Critical Care Medic, Michael actively works with patients and trains medics in advanced life support skills. He also works with various emergency management agencies to evaluate facility and system’s vulnerability as well as emergency medicine techniques. 

 

Michael earned a BS in Business Management, a MPA in Health Administration, and a MBA in Quantitative Analysis. He also graduated with an Executive Certificate in Ambulatory Care Strategic and Financial Planning from Columbia University.

 

Michael knows that organizations are searching for comprehensive and flexible solutions. He has delivered integrated business and programmatic outcomes, while assuring fiscal responsibility and program efficiency.

Mr. Allner has 25+ years of experience in various management positions, executive roles and is a founder and owner of companies. His main interest is in healthcare, medical and the pharmaceutical industry. His work assignments and projects also include agriculture and agri-tech, aviation and automotive, automation engineering, commodity and mining sector, electronics, IoT: internet of things, fast-moving-consumer goods (FMCG), food & beverages, and the government sector. He has worked with multinationals, public and private, large and middle sized as well as start-up companies, including a pharmaceutical blockbuster, novel medical devices for one of the fastest growing start-up companies in both Canada and China. In addition, he has worked with innovative Med-Tech companies in Australia (3), China (3), Germany (2), India (1), Italy (2), Singapore (1), Switzerland (1), UK (1) and USA (2), more than 55 companies from all continents.

 

Mr. Allner is committed to research, advocates improvement of healthcare through innovations and is currently involved in a novel delivery technology for Covid-19 vaccines as well as in digital Artificial Intelligence health-tech.

He is founder and owner of the medical company, Allner Medical (Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore) and co-founder of the consultant company ADH & Associates (United Kingdom, Germany).

He works, invests and has lived in China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States. He is experienced with the cultures in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, and can communicate in the local languages of Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and understands basic Chinese.

 

Mr. Allner is certified to work in the pharmaceutical and medical industry. He graduated at Freie University Berlin, Germany with a master degree in business and management, as well as a bachelor degree in economics. He also holds a postgraduate certificate from Qingdao Ocean University, China. Mr. Allner proudly achieved his High School Diploma in Oklahoma.
